How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are placed after confirming all details such as drawings with the customer, and we will notify the factory to arrange manufacturing after all matters are confirmed. We usually ship by sea, air, etc. To save our customers money, we usually choose sea freight unless you have special needs; delivery is usually within 15-45 days, depending on the country and mode of transport, and is always trackable.
We usually use a partner freight company to get the best logistics shipping rates. Since we do not include shipping costs in the amount of your order, our staff will contact you after you place your order to discuss shipping options and costs.

9. We have professional cooperation with freight forwarders, you can also appoint a freight forwarder to help you transport to your specific destination
10. We will provide installation drawings, pictures and videos to guide the installation. So it is not difficult at all. For after-sales , we will provide 1-3 years warranty if it breaks down under normal use

On-Time Delivery
We will work with you to determine the exact delivery time and shipping method. We can provide a professional shipping company or you can specify a specific shipping company. Please note: You need to pay 30-50% deposit when you place an order, and when all our products are ready, you need to pay the rest of the full amount of the purchase price, including shipping costs. We will then contact the shipping company to ship your order as soon as possible
Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. However, we are unable to accept returns without prior authorization from our sales department. Please contact our experts on this matter!
Claims Policy.
We purchase cargo shipping insurance for each order, which will be settled by a professional insurance company.
Photos or videos of damaged goods; (Detailed inspection of the outer packaging of the goods, unpacking and inspection of the damage to the internal equipment is required.)
Cargo handover slip: (including but not limited to the handover slip between the inland driver and the unpacking warehouse at the destination port, and the handover slip between the truck driver and the consignee, with remarks about the container and the cargo, which can be requested from the truck driver)
***Important: the consignee must determine the number of pieces and the appearance of the goods packaging whether there are obvious signs of impact damage, such as packaging appearance has been significantly damaged must be and the driver face to face in their system terminal and POD should be marked clearly, product damage to the appearance of shooting video out (video requirements can see the damage to the goods and truck appearance information), if the normal sign-off is correct later there are any problems are not able to do claims.
