1. Are you a factory or trade company?
We are factory. Our factory address is No.90,Guangming West Road,ZhongluoTan Town,Baiyun District,Guangzhou City, China.
2. What's your delivery time ?
Normally the delivery time is within 15 days. It also depends on your project and our schedule, such as the size, quantity, etc.
3. How do you pack your products ?
Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/ film in standard export cartons.
Other packing like wooden box are available to clients’ requirement.
4. Can you design store/shop for me ?
Yes, we have a experienced design team leaded by our director who work in shop display design for more than 20 years.
5. What's your MOQ ?
Our MOQ is 5 sets/pcs or 1 whole shop project.
6.Do you have in stock? Need time to produce?
Normally our factory seldom keep stocks. Most of orders will be produced according to client’s different requirements.
7.How do you ensure the quality of your products ?
- High quality material:MDF ( the highest class), tempered glass, good stainless steel, high transparency Acrylic and UL/CE
approval led lighting etc. - Skillful workers with rich experience: 90% workers have been in producing our goods for more than 10 years.
- Professional QC: Our professional QC make inspections strictly during each process.
8.Is the price you quoted is negotiable or fixed?
1.The price was quoted by the engineering department, and I need to confirm with them.
The engineering department asked me when you could confirm the order. They need to confirm the current price of the materials in the market with the purchasing department firstly.
The price of raw materials fluctuates in the market now, so we need to reconfirm it before you place the order
9.My local supplier has agreed to help me with the installation and warranty for one year. What can you offer?
We will offer installation drawings, pictures and videos to guide for installation. So it is not difficult at all. For the after-sale guarantee, we will offer two years guarantee if it breaks down on the condition of normal operate
10.Regarding quality control, the project technical person is not in the factory, so how can we supervise quality?
We have different departments. After placing the order, we will have a meeting to discuss all the details. When all the details are clear (Sales Staff and customer confirm the production drawing), we will pass it on to order tracking. The order follow-up department will pass it on to the production department. In the process of production, we will also have a QC team to check the goods, so you don’t have to worry.
